Tumis buncis (bumbu dasar A)


Ingredients:
350 gr buncis
3 bh cabe hijau
1 bh cabe merah, iris serong
1 bh tomat, potong kasar
3 sdm Bumbu Dasar Inti A (Putih)
¾ sdt garam
1 sdt gula putih
1 sdm kecap manis
150 ml air
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis


Directions:
Buncis dan cabe hijau dibersihkan, potong sesuai selera.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu dasar A (putih), masukkan buncis, cabe hijau, garam, gula putih dan air. Aduk rata. Masukkan cabe merah, tomat dan kecap manis. Masak hingga matang.
